I apologize that I have not posted in some time, as with the holiday's and the passing of my father, I've been preoccupied..However, I am about to shed some serious light on new found evidence that my ACUPUNCTURE treatments from Justin Smoot have been the sole reason for pain relief and weight control. Acupuncture For Sinuses..What?

Sorry it's been so long since my last post. I have been maintaining my weekly treatments from Justin Smoot at the Myofascial Pain Clinic here in Elk City. And I'm Happy to say am still having excellent success with both my knee joint pain and my weight loss.. Yesterday during my treatment, Justin noticed I was really stuffy in my sinuses..I told him it was the dreaded Red Cedar allergies! That's when to my pleasant surprise he said he had a couple of Sinus Points that would help with the congestion..What?... Acupuncture for stuffed up sinuses??? Can this really be working like THIS??? OH YEAH!!!

I am so excited that acupuncture really works for me....I have been able to share with so many people in person, and given them hope of reaching the same results as I have! I continue to keep the weight off and I continue not taking the three different prescription medications I was on..(water pills for edema, pills for acid re-flux. and the arthritis medication I was taking daily for my knee and joint pain).. I know in my heart of hearts, the weekly treatments I continue to receive from Justin Smoot are very effective and are exceeding my original expectations..Period!
Again, these treatments are pain free and are well worth the minimum cost..65$ first visit and 50$ each followup treatment.. Bummer!..Two Weeks Between Treatments!!

Well, with all the happenings in my life lately, PRCA Rodeo, 1st Football Game, Labor Day Weekend, I missed my weekly Acupuncture treatment. I'm not sure if it was mental or physical, but I was sure glad to get back on the table and have Justin Smoot work his magic! I felt so much better after the treatment. It was then I realized that my hunger urges were more frequent and harder to fend off than when I was on my once a week treatment.... I've learned that Acupuncture done right is an awesome source of inner strength and relief.
Again, I urge each of you to give it a chance, a real chance, and you'll know that I'm telling you the truth. Acupuncture--Men Vs.Women: The Awful Truth!

I was told that way more women than men choose acupuncture as a method of treatment. When I asked why, I was told that women are less afraid of needles and the possibility of pain.. REALLY? If anyone out there in this "Blogosphere" has any questions about my treatments or what acupuncture has and is doing for me please just ask..I want to share my personal experience with everyone that has thought about or is considering trying acupuncture!I really mean it..Justin Smoot has delivered on everything he has told me from the beginning and I'm still amazed at just how well my body has responded to His acupuncture treatments...The other really cool thing is, just as with any health care professional, I can talk to Justin about different issues that he hasn't been treating me for like headaches. I'm not sure if its been the relentless heat or just allergies but I'd started having headaches more often than usual. I mentioned this to Justin and he immediately said he has some meridian points in the forehead and temples that just might help. He proceeded to place the extra needles in the areas he showed me and honestly after just one treatment, I've only had one small headache since last Thursday! And before that I'd been eating Tylenol and Ibuprofen on a daily basis! Thanks Justin!

Acupuncture Reduces Belly Fat? YES IT DOES!!

Wow! I am seeing the results of the Belly Fat Needles!!.. Treatment Continues!!

Had another treatment and I'm still responding to Acupuncture extremely well! I'm also seeing results from the belly fat break down needles! Yea!

One Month and Counting!

Just had my 4th visit this last Thursday and I'm still freaking out at how these treatments are making me feel! I have played 9 Softball games since Thursday night, 7 in the Blazing heat of Lawton in the Church State Softball Tournament we brought home 2nd place.. Wow!!.. And The really cool thing is my 50 year old legs, knees, feet and body haven't performed like this in years! Yeah, I'm a little sore, but got home today and played 18 holes of golf in the Wendy Nagle Memorial Golf Tournament fund raiser for "Meals on Wheels:".. I am more and more convinced that these treatments are working better than most conventional methods I've tried. 3rd Treatment!! WOW!!

Had my Third Acupuncture treatment today....Amazing.. I had pulled my Quads in both legs last Thursday night playing softball..I know .I know.. Sorry, just can't give it up yet..LOL.. Back to the treatment.. I told Justin about it and presto he put some needles in just the right places on my thigh and I played a double header tonight.. Unbelievable!!

More Good News!! I'm not taking my daily dosage of Meloxicam (prescribed medication for Inflammation/Arthritis) anymore because since I've started the Acupuncture treatments my knees haven't felt this good in years. I have also quit taking my daily dosage of Omeprezole (Prilosec for indigestion/acid re-flux) again, because of these treatments.. Any medication I no longer depend on is better for my body not to mention my wallet!

Had my second treatment with the Belly Fat reduction needles. These he places just under my belly skin directly into the fat layer then puts little alligator clips and sends a small electrical current through them. Thus breaking down the visceral fat so my body can absorb it. This will take a few treatments to see lasting results but hey beats doing 3000 crunches...

I am continually surprised at my results from these treatments...With every visit I am more and more captivated by the success and relief I'm experiencing.. Cost and number of treatments??

You know I've had a lot of people curious about the price tag of these treatments. Most are surprised at just how affordable they are.. Especially when you consider how expensive conventional medicine is now a days.
In most cases the first visit is 65$ and each follow-up treatment is only 50$. If you are over 65 then the price lowers to 50$ first visit and just 35$ there after. Justin also has multi-treatment pricing that saves you more money..Like when pay upfront for four treatments the 5th treatment is free. Also, it's important to know that some ailments take more than one treatment to achieve maximum benefit. Just had my follow-up treatment and it was great..I told Justin that my knee pain I had been having trouble with, was no longer hurting me..Yeah!! Also in today's treatment he did the belly fat needles with the electrical pulses that help break-down the visceral fat and let your body absorb it! Too Cool!! 1st Treatment!!

Had my first treatment today and it was amazing.. very different than I expected!! So much easier and the sensations were interesting.. but no pain what so ever!! Justin is very professional and put me to ease right away.. I'm very ready for my next treatment on Thursday July 7th ..
